But Scientology also does many great. No, I am not the next poster-boy for that bunch. I eventually left the group nearly three decades ago. What Scientology does do is help increase awareness, particularly spiritual awareness. Personally, that benefit helped me in education, immensely. For an artist friend, it helped him create paintings in hours for what would have taken weeks. Before Scientology, conceptually I had often thought of myself as being a spiritual being in a temporary body. With Scientology counseling, that reality became vividly clear. Exterior with full conception. Performing miracles in the magnitude of those performed by Moses. And most interestingly, I discovered I understood Christianity far additional totally than I ever had.
